1 cup (1/2-pint container) sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream, optional

Step 8: Gently fold into cheese mixture. Pour into crumb-lined pan.
Step 9: Bake in slow oven (250° F.) for 2 hours.
Step 10: Set away from drafts until well cooled. Remove sides of pan.
Step 11: Whip heavy cream with 2 tablespoons sugar and garnish cake with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
