How to make Peruvian Puffs (For 4 persons serving)
The following ingredient which you need to prepare:

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 1/2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 container (3 1/4 ounces) cocktail size pastry shells
1 Jar (2 3/4 ounces) tiny cocktail shrimp Parsley

Step to make Peruvian Puffs
Step 1: Combine the Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, anchovy paste and onion in a small bowl.
Step 2: Spoon mixture evenly into cocktail size pastry shells.
Step3: Place on jelly roll pan.
Step 4: Run under broiler until tops are bubbly and beginning to brown, about 1 minute.

For making this dessert, you are required to prepare:
1 can of sweetened, condensed milk
1 can of evaporated milk
1 cup of sugar
8 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of water

Step to make Leche Asada (Baked Milk or Custard)
Step 1: Mix the milks, vanilla , eggs and half of a cup of the sugar
Step 2: In a sauce pan, place the other half cup of sugar and dissolve in the 1/4 cup of water, heat carefully until it becomes syrupy and will be a tanish color
Step 3: Pour it into a glass baking dish and then pour the milk mixture on top( you may also use individual custard baking glasses)
Step 4: Get a larger glass pan that will fit the custard pan inside of it
Step 5: Fill the larger glass pan half way or so with water and place the glass pan of custard mix inside larger pan. Cover with foil.
Step 6: Bake in the over for 30-45 minutes at 400 degrees or until completely cooked.
